RADIOGRAPHER GR II / X-RAY TECHNICIAN GRADE II - SOLVED QUESTION PAPER 2022 OCTOBER
The Kerala Public Service Commission publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported. The Head Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission is situated at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, the State Capital.
Admission tickets will not be generated for candidates who fail to submit their confirmation on or before the stipulated date and their application for the post mentioned in this programme will be summarily rejected

Miscellaneous topics not covered in the above modules but of PRACTICAL importance including ethics, mandatory regulatory bodies guidelines, interpersonal & patient relationships, errors in radiology, reporting etc.
SECTION B -Radiotherapy
Module 6 (10 Marks) (Total 50 Marks)
Radiation/Medical physics relevant to Radiotherapy including practical aspects
Module 7 (10 Marks)
Anatomy / Pathology relevant to the subject of Radiotherapy (including TNM staging, staging work up), cancer epidemiology, cancer registry
Module 8 (10 Marks)
Principles of radiotherapy, various radiotherapy techniques, principles of teletherapy and brachytherapy, radioisotopes
Module 9 (10 Marks)
Management of cancers of various sites, simulation radiation treatment planning, patient set up, treatment verification and treatment execution, radiation-induced acute and late toxicities
Module 10 (10 Marks)
Advanced radiotherapy techniques, gaps in radiation treatment, ethical issues, patient counselling, interpersonal and patient relationships, Radiation protection relevant to Radiotherapy

Candidates can submit their confirmation for writing this examination through a one-time registration profile from 23/07/2022 to 11/08/2022

Candidates who successfully submit their confirmation on or before 11/08/2022 can download the Admission Tickets through their One Time Registration Profile on the website www.keralapsc.gov.in from 17/09/2022
Special Information
While submitting confirmation for the confirmation required posts of this examination programme, candidates can select the District of their Communication Address as a choice of their examination centre. For the same, changes can be made in Communication Address if necessary and special attention is to be taken to submit confirmation only after making necessary changes in their Communication Address in the Profile.
